Sign up online, request a free container sized to your volume, download the app, and schedule your first pickup.

Container installation
We deliver the right container and show your team exactly what we accept. Optional smart sensors track fill levels.

Collection request
Request a pickup by app or phone, or let the smart sensor schedule it automatically when the container is full.

Route optimization
Our software assigns the nearest driver, builds the most efficient route, and sends you an estimated arrival time.

Pickup & service
Your driver removes all oil, sludge, and residue, cleans the container if needed, and confirms you're satisfied.
We pull every usable drop out of the waste.

Transportation & intake
Back at our facility, every load is weighed, logged, sampled, batch-numbered, and stored in receiving tanks.
- 07
Multi-stage filtration
Progressively finer filtration removes breading, food particles, carbon, and solids. The oil moves forward, solids continue on.

Oil recovery
An Alfa Laval decanter centrifuge separates recoverable oil, water, and organic solids, recovering oil most companies throw away.

Thermal processing
Recovered oil is heated, mixed, dehydrated, clarified, and quality-tested into purified recycled oil.
One waste source becomes many products.

Biodiesel production
Purified oil enters the reactor under controlled conditions to produce biodiesel and crude glycerin, tested before sale.

Product manufacturing
From a single waste source we create biodiesel, refined recycled oil, glycerin, soap, fertilizer, and compost.
